Capture Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Director responsible for leading and managing capture efforts for government contracting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies for priority opportunities, ensuring involvement up to contract award
• Collaborate with senior leadership and program teams to assess and qualify opportunities aligned with company goals
• Monitor market intelligence and work closely with proposal staff to ensure compliance and compelling proposals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in federal government contracting, with at least 4+ years in capture management
• Proven success in managing captures for contracts valued at $15M+, preferably in HHS, DoD, or VA
• Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement lifecycle
• Moderate to strong network within state and/or federal agencies and industry partners
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred
