Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to drive growth across the DoD and Intel Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute capture strategies for Federal Government solicitations
• Lead capture efforts, including the development of customer profiles and competitive assessments
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners to support assigned opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Secret clearance; TS SCI eligible preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a technology field, business administration, or related field
• 6+ years of capture experience in the DoD/Federal Community
• Proven track record of successful capture management across various acquisition sizes and types
• Strong understanding of government contracting and the full government acquisition lifecycle
