Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, with 2-5 years in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem
• Proven experience in partner success or strategic partner leadership roles within technology or SaaS
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-year partnerships and account expansion strategies
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles
• Strong ability to manage C-level relationships and collaborate with technical stakeholders
