Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Patient Access Representative III.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all functions of CPAR-I & II
- Schedule appointments for multiple specialty medical practice locations in a centralized team setting
- Process patient orders/referrals and ensure patient safety by following screening protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of office, clerical, or call center experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience or 6 months meeting call center metrics as a CPAR-II
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proficient computer skills in a windows-based environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, referrals/orders, and medical insurance preferred
