Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Patient Access Representative III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions of CPAR-I & II
  • Schedule appointments for multiple specialty medical practice locations in a centralized team setting
  • Process patient orders/referrals and ensure patient safety by following screening protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of office, clerical, or call center experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience or 6 months meeting call center metrics as a CPAR-II
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Proficient computer skills in a windows-based environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, referrals/orders, and medical insurance preferred
