Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 25-80 inbound calls per day from members and agents
  • Create follow-up tickets in Salesforce and assist with product questions
  • Perform data entry and update the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of life insurance or annuity customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience with indexed universal life insurance
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Ring Central, Slack, and Google Suites (preferred)
  • Experience with Strike or Adyen Payment System (preferred)
