A company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 25-80 inbound calls per day from members and agents
- Create follow-up tickets in Salesforce and assist with product questions
- Perform data entry and update the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of life insurance or annuity customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience with indexed universal life insurance
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Ring Central, Slack, and Google Suites (preferred)
- Experience with Strike or Adyen Payment System (preferred)
