- Own the International Partner execution plan in key defined regions
- Directly lead Regional Directors to ensure regional partner teams achieve success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and build growth engines with RTM partners
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education with significant sales experience in a technology company
- Proven ability to manage partners across multiple countries in a matrix environment
- Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies in multinational settings
- Strong track record in sales management and developing business potential within enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable record of achieving revenue targets and strong negotiation skills
