Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the claims escalation team to ensure efficient case resolution
- Serve as the final authority for sensitive claims requiring advanced investigation and compliance review
- Monitor key metrics and prepare reports to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- 3-5 years of experience in claims processing, adjudication, or related healthcare/insurance operations
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- Deep knowledge of claims systems, processes, and applicable state/federal regulations
- Proficiency with claims systems, Office Suite, and reporting tools
