Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to assist Client Directors in enhancing customer satisfaction and Gross Profit Margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support resources for customer satisfaction
  • Review and maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors, scheduling regular meetings to update opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Work independently with customers to address issues, structure deals, and maintain vendor relationships for improved communication and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support experience, preferably in the Technology industry
  • Ability to understand client needs and connect them to company offerings
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is required
  • Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to calculate margin percentages
