A company is looking for a Collections Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts
- Manage multiple portfolios and utilize judgment to make collection decisions in compliance with industry regulations
- Perform skip tracing and participate in additional duties or special projects as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
- Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other applicable federal laws
