After-Hours Travel Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After-Hours Corporate Travel Consultant (Temporary - 6 months).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high client satisfaction by exceeding customer service expectations in interactions
• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts
• Work collaboratively with team members to service clients and solve travel-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred)
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for building business relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft suite and learning new software
