Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and resolve inquiries from various consumer help lines
- Document disputes and complaints on related accounts and process written correspondence
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain current process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience in collections or a call center preferred
- General knowledge of computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to multitask and work with various computer systems
