Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Server Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure OpenText workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions to meet business needs
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM
• Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
• Ability to act as a liaison between business users and development teams
• Experience providing training and support to end users on Content Server functionality
