A company is looking for a Craft Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the complete hiring process for craft employees in assigned divisions
- Manage onboarding, time entry audits, payroll facilitation, and leave of absence tracking
- Maintain craft employee files and assist with incident and claim management as needed
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent training or experience
- Experience in executing employee processes and understanding payroll compliance
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn and use new applications and software
