Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Program Manager to manage specific programs and projects on behalf of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and the company to achieve planned revenue and profits
- Coordinate regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication
- Manage customer account profitability and participate in pricing/bid preparation and contract management
Required Qualifications
- Nine plus years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- High degree of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
