Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate (Part-Time) to provide multi-channel support in medical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound contacts via email, ticketing, and phone while providing timely updates
- Triage and route issues in Jira and Slack, monitoring queues and escalating real-time risks
- Resolve pharmacy/prescription questions and assist with scheduling on partner platforms
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or medical office
- Experience with multi-system workflows (HelpScout, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Ability to follow and improve playbooks
- No degree required if experience demonstrates a good fit
