Key Responsibilities
- Conducts research and investigations for case evaluation
- Analyzes documentation to ensure eligibility for Premium Assistance
- Responds to incoming calls from clients and employers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing work under time constraints
- Ability to assist management with escalations and training new agents
