Job Summary

A company is looking for a Other Insurance Coverage (OIC) Customer Service Representative Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts research and investigations for case evaluation
  • Analyzes documentation to ensure eligibility for Premium Assistance
  • Responds to incoming calls from clients and employers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing work under time constraints
  • Ability to assist management with escalations and training new agents
