Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide support and service to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist patients effectively
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields
  • For senior level, two years of experience and one year in a similar role are required
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online systems
