Required Qualifications

- One year of relevant experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields
- For senior level, two years of experience and one year in a similar role are required
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online systems
