Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers focusing on renewal and adoption outcomes
  • Drive growth and prevent risk through early engagement and collaboration with internal teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure product adoption and alignment with customer objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and experience with deal negotiation cycles
  • Ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels, including senior executives
