- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure product adoption and alignment with customer objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong contract negotiation skills and experience with deal negotiation cycles
- Ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels, including senior executives
