Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to maximize digital implementation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconfirm and retain current customers while expanding digital usage at installed base accounts
  • Assist faculty with the implementation and integration of digital solutions, including training and curriculum design
  • Collaborate with DLE/Account Manager to develop retention strategies and drive digital conversions
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Previous customer service, sales support, and tech product support experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
