A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to maximize digital implementation and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconfirm and retain current customers while expanding digital usage at installed base accounts
- Assist faculty with the implementation and integration of digital solutions, including training and curriculum design
- Collaborate with DLE/Account Manager to develop retention strategies and drive digital conversions
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
- Previous customer service, sales support, and tech product support experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
