Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure successful delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Lead project management activities, including planning, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management for a technology solution
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements
  • Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Gong) or similar platforms
