Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure successful delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead project management activities, including planning, tracking, and issue resolution
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management for a technology solution
- Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements
- Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Gong) or similar platforms
