Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join their Global Deal Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management to the Sales field and Customer Success
• Ensure efficient processing of deals in alignment with company policies and review contract terms for accuracy
• Support Sales enablement through training initiatives and independently drive efficiency and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Deal Desk role within a SaaS company
• Experience supporting global or multinational customers and deals
• Strong understanding of deal support topics including pricing and contracting
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Google Suite, Excel, and CRM systems
