Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of the Deal Desk, ensuring alignment with organizational policies
- Develop and execute scalable approval processes for pricing and subscription transformation
- Act as a strategic advisor for sales leadership, optimizing pricing structures and overseeing contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) is a strong plus
- 10-15+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably in Healthcare/Healthtech or technology sectors
- Proficiency in Salesforce and pricing software tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
