A company is looking for a PBM Regional Sales Lead to provide expert pharmacy leadership and develop sales strategies in the 0500 Segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals by collaborating with sales channel partners
- Provide consultative expertise in promoting pharmacy services and manage sales activities
- Lead internal and external sales meetings, including RFP analysis and strategy documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
- Sales or direct client management experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Well-developed relationship management abilities
