Job Summary
A company is looking for a Department of Defense Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of federal sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate on and implement sales strategies, monitoring performance and adjusting as needed
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and develop territory plans to maximize market penetration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government sales and business development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading sales teams with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition and procurement cycles
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Current TS/SCI clearance preferred but not required
