Key Responsibilities
- Create strategy and oversee daily execution of the Americas Renewals teams
- Achieve or exceed renewal targets and provide accurate forecasts and risk analysis
- Manage competing priorities and develop comprehensive strategies for renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals and managing/supervising teams
- Experience with SaaS, subscription, and on-prem software renewals
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Clari
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
