- 8+ years of experience in managing consultant, broker, or channel partnerships, preferably in health and wellness
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partnerships
- Ability to exceed sales targets through consultant-driven opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with consultants at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a passion for transforming the benefits industry
