Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager for South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and maximize revenue growth through a cross-portfolio sales strategy
- Direct the account team to generate new revenue and manage all commercial activities from opportunity inception to contract closure
- Develop and execute an Account Manager Business Plan, maintaining customer pipelines and reporting on performance
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in sales, account management, or business development in software solutions
- Strong understanding of IT solutions related to manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, and other relevant industries
- Ability to engage with C-level clients and understand their business drivers
- Self-starter capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Commercial and analytical skills to identify market trends and develop dynamic business plans
