Director of Content Moderation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP - CDE, Content Moderation | Trust & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the content moderation and trust & safety domain
• Collaborate with teams to create tailored content moderation offerings and stay updated on industry trends
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the organization at industry events

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling content moderation or related digital operations services
• Deep understanding of social media, e-commerce, and online safety
• Demonstrated success in acquiring large deals in the North American market
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
