Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth & Retention to lead customer retention and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer retention and lifetime value metrics, defining and reporting progress
• Champion customer experience by implementing best practices to enhance usability and loyalty
• Build the analytics foundation to consolidate product analytics into a trusted source of truth

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in growth, product, or related leadership roles with a focus on retention
• Experience in self-service SaaS and/or AdTech businesses
• Proven ability to establish a growth or retention function from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, engineering-led organization
