Key Responsibilities
- Own customer retention and lifetime value metrics, defining and reporting progress
- Champion customer experience by implementing best practices to enhance usability and loyalty
- Build the analytics foundation to consolidate product analytics into a trusted source of truth
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in growth, product, or related leadership roles with a focus on retention
- Experience in self-service SaaS and/or AdTech businesses
- Proven ability to establish a growth or retention function from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, engineering-led organization
