Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth across key regions by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates
• Lead the launch of new partnerships and features to maximize market awareness through diverse digital marketing channels
• Identify regional growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet key business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product growth or digital marketing within payment, technology, fintech, or crypto industries
• Demonstrated familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem
• Experience with AI-related projects is a plus
