A company is looking for a Director, GTM Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Equip go-to-market teams with tools, training, content, and processes to drive revenue and scale
- Design and execute enablement programs to improve onboarding, sales readiness, and messaging consistency
- Act as a connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Experience in driving productivity and performance across a go-to-market organization
- Proficiency in building and scaling programs, tools, and processes for sales success
- Ability to partner with various teams to equip sales representatives with necessary knowledge and training
- Experience in designing and measuring the success of enablement programs
- Capability to develop sales playbooks and facilitate continuous learning through training sessions
