Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships who is motivated by building and scaling meaningful partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new strategic partnerships while building a scalable partner acquisition framework
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, developing enablement programs and monitoring performance
• Create and refine the overall partnership strategy, establish measurable goals, and mentor future team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and strategic account management, with at least 3 years in a director-level role
• Proven ability to design and execute partnership programs that deliver measurable business results
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of driving growth through partnerships
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
