Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new strategic partnerships while building a scalable partner acquisition framework
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, developing enablement programs and monitoring performance
- Create and refine the overall partnership strategy, establish measurable goals, and mentor future team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and strategic account management, with at least 3 years in a director-level role
- Proven ability to design and execute partnership programs that deliver measurable business results
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of driving growth through partnerships
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
