A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to develop and implement a scalable sales enablement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the sales enablement strategy with KPIs tied to revenue impact
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales representatives
- Partner with product marketing to provide sales teams with effective messaging and tools
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership in B2B SaaS or tech startups
- Proven success in building enablement programs that resulted in measurable sales impact
- Familiarity with CRMs, enablement tools, and training platforms
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDIC, or Challenger
- Experience in a Series A/B startup environment or scaling a sales team from 10 to 100+ reps is a bonus
