Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced, technology-driven companies
• 5+ years of leadership and/or management experience in recruiting teams
• Strong experience supporting diverse functional areas, preferably GTM
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate goals and metrics into actionable strategies
• Strong program and project management skills in fast-paced environments
