Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced, technology-driven companies
- 5+ years of leadership and/or management experience in recruiting teams
- Strong experience supporting diverse functional areas, preferably GTM
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate goals and metrics into actionable strategies
- Strong program and project management skills in fast-paced environments
