Job Summary
A company is looking for an EHR Support Analyst - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
- Research and resolve client issues and requests
- Manage case backlog and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a technology component
- Experience using an EHR is preferred
- RCM / Medical Billing experience is preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Must reside in specified states and be authorized to work in the U.S
