A company is looking for an Enablement Lead to lead global and regional enablement programs for Deal Desk representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement the enablement strategy for a high-performing Deal Desk team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and tools for Deal Desk teams
- Measure and track the impact of enablement solutions while managing risks and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in learning and training or driving enablement programs
- BA or BS degree or related practical experience
- Experience in building and measuring learning and development programs for sales professionals
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with SaaS solutions and Learning Management Systems
