Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales and account growth plan to exceed revenue goals
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in hospital systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while providing guidance on negotiations and consultative selling
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales and account management experience in healthcare or SaaS sales
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Strong skills in sales analytics and pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or MHA is a plus
- Experience with hospital-specific technology solutions and a network of contacts within healthcare networks
