A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 5-7 Onboarding Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
- Design, refine, and scale onboarding frameworks for enterprise customers, ensuring structured and adaptable processes
- Act as a leadership presence for enterprise customers, overseeing project prioritization and ensuring high-touch engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with franchises, multi-location rollouts, or private equity-backed organizations preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools, with strong technical aptitude
- Understanding of enterprise customer challenges and change management principles
- Formal training or certifications in project management or change management is a plus
