Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative sales (SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and technical buyers
- A systems thinker who understands pipeline building
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role
- Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
