Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Life Insurance Agents in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a remote team of 10-15 licensed Life Insurance Agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coach, train, and mentor agents to achieve personal sales goals consistently
  • Foster a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience
  • At least 4 years in the telesales insurance industry, in a management role
  • 2-5 years of management experience running a Final Expense telesales team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
