Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Broker Agent to expand its Agent Program with entrepreneurial independents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to clients and manage freight operations
• Utilize TMS and pricing tools for efficient freight brokerage
• Grow and maintain a book of business with actively shipping customers

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales
• Must have a current book of business
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
• Access to a network of carrier partners is preferred
