Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Sales & Enablement Specialist to support go-to-market efforts through strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales and partner enablement programs for the Commercial organization
- Deliver training curriculums to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in sales methodologies and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, adult learning, education, marketing, communication, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or related fields
- Proven track record in sales and experience with content management systems and video editing tools
- Knowledge of coaching and corporate event planning
- Ability to travel as required (less than 15%)
