Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising across Paid Social platforms
- Oversee management of external digital marketing agencies and evaluate their performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing large-scale paid social advertising
- Deep understanding of automated bidding strategies
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus
- Experience leading agency relationships
