Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full-service recruitment support in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute candidate search campaigns and innovative sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective recruitment
• Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, screening, and reporting on recruiting trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health-related field, or business administration, or 8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and sourcing
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Oracle
• Recruitment Certification or AIRS Certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
