Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute candidate search campaigns and innovative sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, screening, and reporting on recruiting trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health-related field, or business administration, or 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and sourcing
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Oracle
- Recruitment Certification or AIRS Certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
