Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for key roles, focusing on quality and candidate experience
- Build and maintain candidate outreach strategies and refine scalable recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is strongly preferred
- Experience in a recruiting leadership role
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring across multiple functions
- Builder mentality with strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches
