A company is looking for a Human Resource Contact Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage a high volume of HR service requests via phone, email, and web-based cases
- Provide accurate guidance on policies and procedures to resolve employee inquiries effectively
- Document service requests thoroughly to ensure data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in a call center or contact center environment preferred
- Familiarity with SLAs and high-volume transactional request management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, RingCentral, ADP, or Enterprise HR (EV4) is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred to support a diverse workforce
