Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll reporting and maintain employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing workflows and training for new hires
  • Monitor compliance with employment regulations and assist in documenting HR workflows for process improvement
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR administration or recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with US labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with PEOs, preferably iSolved/Insperity
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Google Workspace
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
