A company is looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll reporting and maintain employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing workflows and training for new hires
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations and assist in documenting HR workflows for process improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR administration or recruitment experience
- Familiarity with US labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience with PEOs, preferably iSolved/Insperity
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Google Workspace
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
