- Utilize the Candidate Relationship Management system to maintain a pipeline for consistently open roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and provide recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience in high-volume recruitment within a corporate or agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, changing environment
