Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior/executive role
- Proven track record in HR operations: compliance, performance, benefits, and talent acquisition
- Experience in the agency or professional services industry is required
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across the business
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
