Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at high-growth tech startups
- Extensive experience with full-cycle hiring for technical roles
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Experience developing new interview processes and materials
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage up effectively
